1. Booking and Payment:

– A £100 deposit will secure the course, with any balance to be settled 3 weeks prior to the course start date.
– Payment can be made via bank transfer.

2. Cancellation Policy:

– Cancellation within 14 days of booking a course will receive a full refund, beyond this a refund will not be issued.
– If you fail to attend the course without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

3. Course Schedule:

– The course schedule will be provided upon booking.
– It is essential to be on time for all sessions. Late attendance may result in the session being forfeited.

4. Requirements:

– Participants must hold a valid UK provisional driving license.
– Participants must meet the minimum eyesight requirements for driving.

5. Liability:

– Norwich Intensive is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the course.
– Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during driving sessions.

6. Code of Conduct:

– Respectful behavior towards instructors and other participants is expected at all times.
– Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

7. Privacy Policy:

– We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
